Tell us the learner’s grade, subject and the class or page you need help with. Please use your adult account email and avoid sending unnecessary personal details about a child.
For a payment or refund
Include your invoice or order reference, payment date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, full card details or a UPI PIN. See our cancellation and refund policy for eligibility and processing timelines.
